With a foundation built from blue-collar roots, Will learned early that leadership is earned through work ethic, consistency, and accountability. Before stepping into executive leadership and coaching, he spent time in the trucking industry, where responsibility is real, margins are tight, and there is no room for excuses. In that environment, he learned the importance of discipline, time management, and following through on commitments, because when you don’t, there are immediate consequences.
The trucking industry taught him how to operate under pressure, solve problems in real time, and take ownership of outcomes without passing blame. It reinforced a mindset that still defines his leadership today. Show up early. Do the job right. Communicate clearly. Take responsibility when things go wrong. Improve every day.
Long before coaching executives and leading organizations, Will understood what it meant to work long hours, manage unpredictable challenges, and stay disciplined regardless of how he felt. That foundation gave him a level of perspective that allows him to connect with leaders at every level, from the shop floor to executive teams.
