Private 1:1 Executive Leadership Coaching
Executive Leadership Coaching is a six month private coaching experience designed for executives, senior leaders, and people managers who want individualized support to become more self aware, communicate more effectively, manage pressure, and lead themselves and others with greater intention.
The experience is powered by the 5 Voices framework, giving us a practical foundation for understanding your natural leadership tendencies, communication style, strengths, potential blind spots, and how others experience your leadership.
But we will go beyond leadership style.
Throughout the six months, we will work intentionally on the areas that directly affect your ability to lead at a high level, including stress management, time and priority management, energy, recovery, communication, relationships, decision making, and sustainable leadership habits.
The goal is not simply to help you become more productive. It is to help you understand yourself at a deeper level and build a healthier, more sustainable way of leading that strengthens your performance without sacrificing the areas of your life that matter most.
